Can we change the payment method at any time?  

YES, you can communicate with our team at support@purelyhr.com or make the changes within your account.  You can update the credit card by following these instructions.

Do we have any Hidden Fees?  

NO, we do not.  Payment is simply based on your subscription plan. 

What are the Set Up Fees?

We do offer a complete set up of your PurelyHR account, for a one-time additional fee. This fee will be determined based on the number of users and how extensive the account setup needs to be.  Fees will be discussed and communicated prior to the setup process.

How to pay for my set up?  

Payment for your account setup can either be on your first subscription payment or it can be sent separately to us.  This can be discussed and agreed upon prior to your set up.
