How do I submit a Time-Off Request?

Single day, partial day and multi-day requests can be created and submitted in the Time-Off Module.

Will the system allow me to request the same day twice?

By default, the system will not allow users to submit duplicate requests for the same day.

  1. Select Time-Off Module
  2. Time-Off Request 
  3. Click "Full Day"
  4. Select Time-Off Type
  5. Select Date
  6. Submit
  1. Select Time-Off Module 
  2. Time-Off Request 
  3. Click "Partial Day"
  4. Select Time-Off Type
  5. Select Date
  6. Select Start and End Time (or Time Area)
  7. Submit
  • Note: This option may not be enabled within your account
  1. Select Time-Off Module
  2. Time-Off Request
  3. Click "Multiple Days"
  4. Select Time-Off Type
  5. Select Start & End Date
  6. Submit

 

 

Hints & Tips 

Managers and Administrators have the ability to submit Time-Off Requests on behalf of Employees/Users by selecting the user and following the same steps.  
Depending on Account Options, the option to deduct time, or not deduct time may be available.
If uploading a file with a request, the following types are accepted: PNG, JPG, EML, MSG
