How can I allow users without email and/or hired date to be entered in the system? 

You have the option to allow users to the system without an email address or hired date.

Can I allow Managers to view all contact details on their Employees profiles?

You can choose if you want Managers to view only basic info (name, email, job title, hire date, department, and office) or if you'd like them to see all profile details.  You can also allow them to edit this information.

How much detail can Employees and Managers see on their own profile? 

You can choose if you want Employees Managers to view only basic info (name, email, job title, hire date, department, and office) or if you'd like them to see all profile details.  You can also allow them to edit/input this information.

Here's how to change or view your account settings:

  1. Staff Module
  2. Account Settings
  3. Change options as desired
By setting Information Viewable in Profile to All and enabling Information Editable in Profile, you can have your users complete their profile before turning off the Edit function.
