Unable to Login into PurelyHR


If you get  "The login information provided does not match. Please try again" error message, it could be any of those reasons below:

  • If you tried to select the Get Started link from a Welcome email older then 30 days, it will not work because the email is expired. You will need to reach out to your Administrator or email support@purelyhr.com to request a new Welcome Email. 

  • If you try to retrieve your password but have never logged in before, it will not let you log in. You will need to reach out to your Administrator or email support@purelyhr.com to request a new Welcome Email. 

  • If you've logged in before and forgot your username or password simply select the "Forgot USERNAME or PASSWORD" link and follow the instruction below. Alternatively, you can reach out to your Administrator or email support@purelyhr.com to request a new Welcome Email. 
  1. By providing your email address and selecting retrieve, you will receive an email containing instructions on how to reset your password.
  2. From the email select the link "reset password", you will need to create and confirm your new password.
  3. Select "Update"
  4. After this is done close the window.
  5. From there you will be able to enter you CompanyID, your Username and the new password you previously created. (The CompanyID and Username can be found in the Password Reset email) 
  6. Select "Sign in"
