Timecard Approval


Can I have different approval settings for different users?

Approval settings can be created for the whole account, individual departments or individual users.  Department settings take precedence over account settings.  User settings take precedence over department settings.  
These settings apply to new AND existing timecards. 

Here's the to view and change these settings:

  1. Time-Clock Module
  2. Timecard Approval on the left navigation pane
  3. Edit settings at an Account, Department and User level
Make sure your employees have enough managers to reach the specified quotas when using the Any Manager and X out of Y approval methods.  Otherwise, an admin must approve the timecards.
