Under the Settings menu for
360 Degree Feedback, you can decide if both Employees and Managers are able to create new feedback.
From there, you can then choose the types of feedback that Employees and Managers can create.

Self Feedback allows Employees and/or Managers to create feedback on themselves.

Peer Feedback allows Employees and/or Managers to create feedback on peers who are in the same department as them.

Manager Feedback allows Employees and/or Managers to create feedback on their manager(s).

Employee Feedback allows Managers to create feedback on any employee they are managing.
Anonymous Feedback
Enable this setting if you want to give Employees and Managers the option to send feedback anonymously.
This feedback will remain anonymous even to administrators, but you will have the option to reveal who has submitted the feedback. If you do this, an email will be sent to the person who created the feedback.
