Time-Off Requests - Employee Permissions

How can I change what users have access to when it comes to requesting Time-Off?

Learn how to change all of the permissions in the Time-Off Module by selecting Account Settings and the Time-off Request tab!

Allow Partial Day Requests

Here's the option you can choose from when it comes to requesting partial day request: 
  1. Yes - Any Given Timeframe (default)
  2. Yes - But Only Half Day Requests
  3. No - No Partial Day Requests Allowed
When the option "Yes - Any Given Timeframe" is selected you can modify the increment per Time-Off Types by going to Settings-> Time-Off Types-> Edit. 

Multi Day Requests

If disabled, staff will only be able to put in single day requests (default enabled)

Past Day Requests

If disabled, staff will not be able to submit time-off requests for past dates (default enabled)

Future Calendar Year Requests

Here's the option you can choose from if you allow employees to request future calendar year request:
  1. No - Do not allow future calendar year requests (default)
  2. Yes - And allow users to decide which calendar year to deduct from
  3. Yes - But force users to deduct from current calendar year
  4. Yes - But force users to deduct from the next calendar year

Prevent Users From Submitting Requests

Turning this off will disable users from submitting requests (Requests can be disabled for individual users in user settings)

Allow Requests To Be Editable

Enabling this option will allow staff to edit a time-off request for a future date that has already been submitted 

Allow Full Day Hours Override

Enabling this option will allow staff to override default hours in a full day

User Cancellation

Enabling this option will allow staff to cancel a future dated approved time-off request.  If not enabled, users will have to request a cancellation to be approved by a manager.
