Unable to Login

  • If you get  "The login information provided does not match. Please try again" error message, it could be any of those reasons below:
  1. If you tried to select the Get Started link from a Welcome email older then 30 days, it will not work because the email is expired. You will need to reach out to your Administrator or email support@purelyhr.com to request a new Welcome Email. 
  2. If you try to retrieve your password but have never logged in before, it will not let you log in. You will need to reach out to your Administrator or email support@purelyhr.com to request a new Welcome Email. 
  3. If you've logged in before and forgot your username or password simply select the "Forgot USERNAME or PASSWORD" link and follow this article. Alternatively, you can reach out to your Administrator or email support@purelyhr.com to request a new Welcome Email.
