Unable to Login into PurelyHR


Unable to login?

This can be frustrating when you try to login into your account to request time off but you can't get past the log in page. 
Usually, the error that will show on the screen is the one below: 
"The login information provided does not match. Please try again" 
There are multiple factors that can cause you not having access to your profile. 

Using a Welcome email older than 30 Days. 

If you tried to select the Get Started link from a Welcome email older then 30 days, it will not work, the email is expired. You will need to reach out to your Administrator or email support@purelyhr.com to request a new Welcome Email. 

Never logged in before.

If you try to retrieve your password but have never logged in before, you will need to reach out to your Administrator or email support@purelyhr.com to request a Welcome Email. 

Forgot your username and/or password. 

If you've logged in before and forgot your username or password simply select the "Forgot USERNAME or PASSWORD" link and follow the instruction below. Alternatively, you can reach out to your Administrator or email support@purelyhr.com to request a new Welcome Email. 

  1. By providing your email address and selecting retrieve, you will receive an email containing instructions on how to reset your password.
  2. From the email select the link "reset password"
  3. Create and confirm your new password.
  4. Select "Update"
  5. After this is done close the window.
  6. From there you will be able to enter your CompanyID, your Username and the new password you previously created. (The CompanyID and Username can be found in the Password Reset email)
  7. Select "Sign in"
If you receive the Welcome email from the Administrator here's how to actioned the Welcome Email
