User Management

Where can I assign/change Managers for Employees? 

This can be done both within the Staff module or within the Time-Off module.  Below find the instructions for the Staff Module. (Time-Off option can be found here)

 

  • To Assign Manager(s) to an Employee:
  1. Staff Directory
  2. Select Employee
  3. In right panel under Quick Links, hit green icon next to "Managed By"
  4. Select which Manager(s) the user will have
  • Note: To change Manager, follow the same steps and uncheck the box next to the manager you wish to remove
  • To Assign Employee(s) to a Manager:
  1. Staff Directory
  2. Select Manager
  3. In right panel under Quick Links, hit green icon next to "Managing"
  4. Select which Employee(s) will report to this Manager
  • Note: To change direct reports follow the same steps and uncheck the box next to the employee you wish to remove

 

Hints & Tips 

Managers can also be assigned by the Import/Update by CSV function
