Schedule Templates

Can I create multiple schedules to apply to different groups?

Schedule templates can be created and applied to many users.

Here's how to Create a Template:

  1. Time-Clock Module
  2. Schedule Templates on the left navigation pane
  3. Create Schedule Template
  4. Name the Template and Save
  5. Click, drag, and drop to adjust schedule hours.  Click and drag the bottom of entry to adjust the end time.
  6. Click any entry to manually adjust or delete in the Event Editor.  Deleting requires confirmation and once deleting the entry will be irretrievable. 
Once the Template has been created, you can apply the schedule to users by clicking the green "Apply to Users" icon next to the Schedule
