How to Retrieve Your Login Information
If you've logged in before and forgot your username or password simply select the "Forgot USERNAME or PASSWORD" link on the login page and follow the instructions below:

Request A Password Reset
- Click the Password Reset link.
- Enter your email address and select Retrieve.
(Note: The email you enter must match the one on your profile.)

Check Your Email
- You will receive an email with instructions.
- Open the email and click the Reset Password link.

Create A New Password
- Your new password must meet these requirements:
- More than 8 characters long
- Less than 64 characters long
- No more than three repeating characters
- At least one number
- At least one lowercase letter
- At least one uppercase letter
- After entering the new password, click Submit.
- Your new password must meet these requirements:

Sign In
- Enter your CompanyID, username, and the new password you just created.
(Your CompanyID and username can be found in the Password Reset email) - Click Sign in.
- Enter your CompanyID, username, and the new password you just created.
You can also reach out to your account administrator or email support@purelyhr.com to request a new Welcome Email with a password reset link.
