Add a New Goal

From the main menu, select Goals (My Goals in Employee view) then click Create Goal:
  1. If you’re an administrator or manager, choose an employee the goal will be linked to. When creating new goals as an employee, this will automatically be set to your name.
  2. Name your goal
  3. Provide an optional description of your goal (limit of 150 characters)
  4. Set a due date
  5. Click Add Goal
Once added, an email will be sent to the selected employee to notify them that a goal has been created. From there, the employee will be able to change the progress and add comments for their manager(s) to view.
