Editing Goals

Goals help track the progress and achievement of employees and managers. Administrators, managers, and employees can edit a goal’s progress.
  1. From the Main Menu, select Goals (My Goals in Employee view).
  2. Next to the goal you want to edit, select the pencil icon
  3. Make changes to goal details or update progress (fields highlighted in blue are mandatory)
  4. Save
Depending on your account settings, once a goal is updated, an email notification will be sent to the appropriate manager(s) and/or administrator.
