Goals are essential for measuring progress and achievement across your organization. Whether you’re an administrator, manager, or employee, updating goals ensures alignment and transparency. Here’s a quick guide to managing goal progress in your system.
Why Updating Goals Matters
Regularly updating goals helps:
- Track performance accurately.
- Keep managers and employees aligned.
- Ensure timely feedback and recognition.
Steps to Edit a Goal
1. Access the Goals Section
- From the Main Menu, select Goals.
- Employees will see this as My Goals.
2. Choose the Goal to Edit
- Locate the goal you want to update.
- Click the pencil icon next to it.
3. Make Your Changes
- Update goal details or progress.
- Fields highlighted in blue are mandatory.
4. Save Your Updates
- Click Save to confirm changes.
Email Notifications
Depending on your account settings, an email notification will be sent to the appropriate manager(s) and/or administrator after a goal update.
Administrators: Confirm Notification Settings
- Go to Account Settings.
- Check Email Reminders for Goals to confirm who receives updates.
