You can set review frequency in two ways.
If every user should have the same review frequency:
Go to “Account Settings”
Under Performance Review Frequency, choose the desired frequency from the dropdown menu
Once selected, this will be the default setting for all users on your account.
If you would like to change the review frequency by individual user:
Go to “Scheduling”
Besides the user, select a review frequency in the dropdown menu.
If left blank, it defaults to your account setting.
Once review frequency is set, in order to track the status of each review and ensure your email reminders are sent out at the correct time, administrators must set the “Next Review” date for every user.
Under Main Menu, click Scheduling
Beside each user, set Next Review date
Email reminders will be sent out according to the status of the review (upcoming or overdue).
To confirm your email settings:
Go to “Account Settings” and Email Reminders for Performance Reviews.
Choose who will be notified of upcoming and overdue reviews.
In the dropdown, choose when these emails will be sent.
For example, send emails to managers only when a review is 7 days overdue.
