Setting Up Talents

From the Settings menu, select Talents.

Choose the talents you would like to track. Talents are optional. They will only appear in the module menu if enabled. They are used for reporting under Talent Profiles and will show in the Staff module under an employee’s profile.

Talents include:

Education: Track education levels, including degrees, certificates, or diplomas

Languages: Track language proficiency

Memberships: Track professional memberships

Recognition: Record recognition, awards, or achievements

You can also choose if managers and/or employees will be able to add, update, or remove these talents. Employees will be able to make these changes from their employee profile in Staff.
