Choose the talents you would like to track. Talents are optional. They will only appear in the module menu if enabled. They are used for reporting under Talent Profiles and will show in the Staff™ module under an employee’s profile.

Talents include:

Education: Track education levels, including degrees, certificates, or diplomas

Languages: Track language proficiency

Memberships: Track professional memberships

Recognition: Record recognition, awards, or achievements
