Settings: Staff Account Settings

 The Account Settings page allows administrators to configure account-wide Staff settings and security preferences. There are three available tabs within Account Settings:


Navigation: Staff > Account Settings

  • General – Manage employee profile requirements, optional Staff features, and salary note visibility.

  • Staff Dashboard – Control the visibility of employee anniversaries and birthdays on the Staff dashboard.

  • Multi-Factor Authentication – Configure MFA settings, authentication methods, and enforce MFA across the account.

General Tab

The General tab contains settings that control employee profile requirements and optional Staff features.

  • Allow Users Without Email or Hire Date

    • Enable this option to allow employee profiles to be created or updated without a valid email address.

  • Allow Users with No Hired Date

    • Enable this option to allow employee profiles to be created or updated without a hire date.

  • Staff Salary Note Display Settings

    • Control whether salary notes are visible to employees.

  • Staff Optional Features

    • Administrators can enable or disable optional features available within the Staff module.

      • Skills
        • Track employee skills and competencies within employee profiles.
        • To learn more about setting up, click here to setup Skills
      • Company Values
        • Display and manage company values associated with employees.

Disabling Staff and Company Values feature will hide it from employees profile throughout the Staff module.


 Staff Dashboard Tab

The Staff Dashboard tab allows administrators to control which employee milestones are displayed on the Staff Dashboard.

  • Staff Dashboard Settings

    • Show Anniversary

      • Display employee work anniversaries on the dashboard.

    • Show Birthday

      • Display employee birthdays on the dashboard.

 

 Multi-Factor Authentication Tab

The Multi-Factor Authentication tab allows administrators to enhance account security by requiring a secondary authentication method during login.
