Add a New Goal

Create and assign goals in the Goals module, set due dates, add descriptions, and notify employees automatically.

Steps to Add a New Goal

1. Access the Goals Module

  • From the Main Menu, select Goals.
  • Employees will see this as My Goals.
  • Click Create Goal.

2. Assign the Goal

  • If you are an administrator or manager, choose the employee the goal will be linked to.
  • If you are an employee, the goal will automatically be assigned to you.

3. Enter Goal Details

  • Name your goal.
  • Provide an optional description (limit: 150 characters).
  • Set a due date.

4. Save the Goal

  • Click Add Goal.
