Allowance Settings Report

The Allowance Settings Report gives administrators visibility into the allowance setup assigned to users in PurelyHR. It is useful for reviewing configuration details, validating policies, and confirming how allowances are assigned across employees.

What the report does

The Allowance Settings Report helps you:

  • Review possible time-off policy configurations for users
  • Validate which allowance settings are currently applied
  • Identify users with or without configured allowances
  • Export or review allowance information for internal tracking and auditing

This report is especially helpful when reviewing time-off setup across teams or confirming whether allowance policies have been assigned as expected.

What’s included in the report

Depending on the options selected, the report can help display allowance-related details for users, including time-off policy settings and related employee information.

Users can also apply optional display and filtering choices to narrow the results and make the report easier to review.

New: Policy filter

A new Policy filter has been added to the Allowance Settings Report.

What the Policy filter does

The Policy filter allows you to narrow the report results to only users or records associated with a selected policy.

Example use cases

You may want to use the Policy filter when:

  • Verifying which users are assigned to a particular allowance policy
  • Reviewing a policy before making configuration changes
  • Comparing setups across different policies
  • Generating a cleaner report for internal review

How to use the report

  1. Go to the Time Off module
  2. Open Reports
  3. Select Allowance Settings
  4. Choose any desired report options or filters
  5. If needed, select a value in the new Policy filter
  6. Generate the report

Tips

  • Use the Policy filter to reduce the number of results and focus on the records you need
  • If no matching records are found, the report may return no data based on the selected filters
  • Review selected filters carefully if results appear limited
