How to Approve Employee Timesheets

Approving an employee’s timesheet is quick and easy from the Time-Sheet module.

Follow these steps as an Admin or Manager:

  1. Navigate to the Time-Sheet Module.

  2. Click Timesheets in the left navigation pane.

  3. Select a Timesheet category using the filters, or click directly on the desired timesheet period.

  4. Review the Timesheet Details.

  5. Choose one of the following actions: Approve, Reject, Archive, or Delete.

  6. If needed, you can Unapprove a timesheet after it has been approved.
