      Access to Online Invoices

      Can we retrieve our invoices from our account?

      Yes, you can access your Invoices at any time from your Dashboard.

      Here's how to retrieve your invoices: 

      1. Once logged in as an Administrator
      2. Go to Dashboard
      3. Invoices
      4. Click either View or Download invoice on whichever invoice you wish to view. 

      If you want to receive your invoices by email automatically make sure to follow these steps:

      1. Once logged in as an Administrator
      2. Go to Dashboard
      3. Account
      4. Billing Contact Information
      5. Email Invoice?
      6. Yes
      7. Save Changes
      You will have an invoice for every payment made under your subscription. 
      All downloaded invoices will be in PDF format.
