How to Set Performance Review Frequency and Next Review Dates
Administrators can manage performance review frequency globally for all users or individually for specific employees. Setting the next review date ensures timely reminders and accurate tracking.
Set Review Frequency
You can set review frequency in two ways:
Option 1: Global Setting (All Users)
- Go to Account Settings.
- Under Performance Review Frequency, select the desired frequency from the dropdown menu.
- This will apply as the default setting for all users on your account.
Option 2: Individual Setting (Specific Users)
- Go to Scheduling.
- Beside the user’s name, select a review frequency from the dropdown menu.
- If left blank, the system defaults to your global account setting.
Set Next Review Date
After setting the review frequency, administrators must define the Next Review Date for each user to ensure reminders are sent correctly.
- From the Main Menu, click Scheduling.
- Beside each user, set the Next Review Date.
- Email reminders will be sent based on review status (upcoming or overdue).
Confirm Email Reminder Settings
To manage who receives notifications and when:
- Go to Account Settings → Email Reminders for Performance Reviews.
- Choose recipients (e.g., managers, administrators).
- Select timing from the dropdown menu.
- Example: Send emails to managers only when a review is 7 days overdue.
Additional Notes
- Global settings apply to all users unless overridden individually.
- Email reminders help keep reviews on schedule and prevent overdue evaluations.
