One Time Password
✅ How to Use One-Time Passwords for Users Without Email in PurelyHR
In some organizations, not all employees have a company email address. To ensure these users can still access their accounts securely, PurelyHR offers a First-Time Login Password feature. This allows an administrator to set a temporary password that the user can use to log in for the first time and then create their own secure password.
Why Use One-Time Passwords?

- Select Account Settings.
- Under the General tab, turn on the following toggles:
- Allow users without email
- Allow the use of a first-time login password for users without email
- Choose a new password.
- Confirm the new password.

- ✅ More than 8 characters long
