February 2026 Release Update
We’re excited to share several improvements across Time & Attendance and Performance, focused on accuracy, flexibility, and cleaner data.
⏱️ Overtime Rules Now Support Decimal Values
You can now configure overtime (OT) rules using decimal values.
What’s new
-
OT thresholds such as 8.75 hours are now supported.
-
Previously, OT rules were limited to whole numbers only.
Why it matters
This gives you greater precision when defining labor rules and ensures overtime calculations better match real-world scheduling needs.
🧮 Improved Regular & Paid Regular Hour Calculations
We’ve corrected how Regular Hours and Paid Regular Hours are calculated when PTO (holiday/time off) is included in overtime rules.
What was fixed
-
PTO is now properly categorized during daily overtime calculations.
-
This fix applies to weekly calculations (weekly totals, overtime, etc.) by first correcting the daily Regular vs. Paid Regular hours, which then roll up accurately.
Scope
-
This correction applies to weekly calculations only.
-
Daily calculations are now accurately summed to drive correct weekly totals.
Example
-
OT Rule: Daily 8h, Weekly 30h
-
PTO: Included in OT calculation
With this fix, daily Paid Regular hours are correctly calculated and then summed into weekly Paid Regular totals, ensuring accurate overtime results.
🎯 Performance Goal Descriptions Expanded
-
Goal descriptions in the Performance module now support up to 5,000 characters.
This allows managers and employees to add richer context, clearer expectations, and more detailed success criteria.
📝 Performance Template Question Order Fixed
-
We resolved an issue where questions in a Performance Review could appear in the wrong order.
-
Questions now display consistently in the intended sequence.
👥 Talent & Skills Improvements
Several updates improve data accuracy and usability:
-
Staff Skills assignment now includes active users only.
-
Language proficiency assigned to users in Talent will now default to 100% for:
-
Reading
-
Writing
-
Speaking
(instead of 0%)
-
These changes ensure skill and language data better reflects real user capabilities.
