How to Complete Your Onboarding Task List

Onboarding tasks are created by your hiring manager or PurelyHR account administrator to help you complete required HR and administrative steps before your first day.

Employee Onboarding Checklist (PurelyHR)

Step 1 – Create Your Password

  • Click Get Started from the email.
  • Set up your login password (keep it secure).
  • This password will be used to access PurelyHR once your administrator grants access.


Step 2 – Review “When & Where” Details

  • Confirm:
    • Start date and time
    • Office location
    • Contact person
    • Any special instructions

Step 3 – Provide New Employee Information

  • Enter personal and contact details.
  • Required fields will appear in blue.

Step 4 – Complete Your Onboarding Tasks

Your task list may include:

  • Document to Sign: Click Sign Now, review, and sign by typing your name.
  • Document to Read: Download, review, and check the box to confirm.
  • Document to Fill Out: Download, complete, and re-upload using Upload Completed Document.
  • Checkbox Tasks: Check the box to confirm completion (no document required).


Step 5 – Access PurelyHR

  • After completing all tasks, you’ll see a confirmation screen with:
    • First day details
    • Contact info
    • Resources
    • PurelyHR login credentials (Company ID, Username, Login URL)

👉 Note: You can only log in once your company administrator has granted you access.
