How to Complete Your Onboarding Task List
Onboarding tasks are created by your hiring manager or PurelyHR account administrator to help you complete required HR and administrative steps before your first day.
Once your onboarding process is launched, you’ll receive an email. Click Get Started to begin.
Step 1 – Create Your Password
Set up your login password. Keep it safe — this will be the same password you’ll use to access PurelyHR once your administrator grants you access (usually on your start date).
Step 2 – Review “When & Where” Details
Here you’ll find key information such as your first day’s date and time, office location, contact person, and any special instructions.
Step 3 – Provide New Employee Information
Enter your personal and contact details. Required fields will appear in blue.
Step 4 – Complete Your Onboarding Tasks
Your task list may include the following types:
- Document to Sign – Look for the Sign Now icon. Review the attached document and sign by typing your name.
- Document to Read – Download, review, and check the box to confirm completion.
- Document to Fill Out – Download, complete, and re-upload the document using Upload Completed Document.
- Checkbox Tasks – Simply check the box to confirm completion (no document required).
Step 5 – Access PurelyHR
Once all tasks are complete, you’ll see a confirmation screen with your first day details, contact info, resources, and your PurelyHR login credentials (company ID, username, and login URL).
👉 Note: You can only log in once your company administrator has granted you access.
