How to Retrieve Your Login Information

If you’ve forgotten your password, you can reset it in just a few steps.

  1. Request A Password Reset

    • Click the Password Reset link.
    • Enter your email address and select Retrieve.
      (Note: The email you enter must match the one on your profile.).
  2. Check Your Email


    • Open the password reset email sent to your inbox.
    • Open the email and click the Reset Password link.
  3. Create A New Password

    • Your new password must meet these requirements:
      • More than 8 characters long
      • Less than 64 characters long
      • No more than three repeating characters
      • At least one number
      • At least one lowercase letter
      • At least one uppercase letter
    • After entering the new password, click Submit.
  4. Sign In

    • Enter your CompanyID, username, and the new password you just created. 
      (Your CompanyID and username can be found in the Password Reset email)
    • Click Sign in.

Tip: Your CompanyID and username are included in the password reset email.
