How to Retrieve Your Login Information
If you’ve forgotten your password, you can reset it in just a few steps.

Request A Password Reset
- Click the Password Reset link.
- Enter your email address and select Retrieve.
(Note: The email you enter must match the one on your profile.).

Check Your Email
Open the password reset email sent to your inbox.- Open the email and click the Reset Password link.

Create A New Password
- Your new password must meet these requirements:
- More than 8 characters long
- Less than 64 characters long
- No more than three repeating characters
- At least one number
- At least one lowercase letter
- At least one uppercase letter
- After entering the new password, click Submit.
- Your new password must meet these requirements:

Sign In
- Enter your CompanyID, username, and the new password you just created.
(Your CompanyID and username can be found in the Password Reset email) - Click Sign in.
- Enter your CompanyID, username, and the new password you just created.
Tip: Your CompanyID and username are included in the password reset email.

- Email support@purelyhr.com to request a new Welcome Email with a password reset link
