June 2025 Release Update

We're kicking off June with some quality-of-life improvements and important fixes to make your experience smoother and more intuitive.

📊 Automated Report Enhancement

We’ve extended the data range in Automated Reports from 31 days to 62 days, giving you a broader window of insight in each report.

🧭 Dashboard Icon Update

You’ll notice a refreshed Dashboard Icon – now displayed as 9 larger dots. It’s easier to spot and makes navigating back to the dashboard a breeze.

🔧 Bug Fixes for Employee Notes

Managers can now add, edit, and delete employee notes as expected. This functionality was previously broken, but it's back and working as intended.

June 9th Update

📅 Your Time-Off Calendar Just Got a Makeover!

We’ve given the Time-Off Calendar a subtle but meaningful refresh!
It’s still the same reliable tool you know and love—now with a cleaner, more intuitive design.

What’s New?
  • A refreshed look that’s smoother and easier to navigate.
  • No changes to current functionality—everything works just like before.
Why the Update?

While this update doesn't change how things work today, it’s an important step for exciting new features in the future.

June 17th Update

New: Minimum Consecutive Days for Time-Off Requests

You can now define a minimum number of consecutive days required for a multiday time-off request to be valid for any Deductible or Non-Deductible time-off type.

  • For example, if set to 3 days, users will only be able to request 3 or more consecutive days.
  • This setting helps enforce policy rules while keeping things clear for your team.
  • Managers still have the flexibility to override the rule when needed.

📍 Set it under Settings > Time-Off Types when editing or creating a time-off type.

🛠️Bug Fixes

Original Hired Date Duplication (on Rehire):

  • We've fixed a bug where an employee's Original Hired Date was being duplicated when they were terminated and then rehired. This field will now display correctly without duplication

Partial Day Colors Restored:

  • Partial day entries on the calendar were defaulting to blue instead of the custom color assigned. We’ve fixed this so your chosen colors display correctly again.

June 24th Update

🛡️ New Password Policy

We’ve strengthened our password requirements to enhance the security of your account.

All passwords must now meet the following criteria:

  1. ✅ At least 15 characters
  2. ✅ Must include an uppercase letter
  3. ✅ Must include a lowercase letter
  4. ✅ Must include a special character (e.g., !@#$%)
  5. ✅ Must include a number

While you're not required to update your password right now, we strongly recommend changing it regularly as a good security practice—especially if you haven’t updated it in a while.

🐞 Bug Fix: Partial Day Request

We’ve resolved an issue where pending Partial Day Requests didn’t display the red question mark icon.

You’ll now see the proper visual cue when an approval is needed.

As always, we appreciate your feedback—reach out anytime if you have questions or need support!
