Managing Pay Codes
Pay Codes are used to identify different types of paid hours, such as regular time, overtime, or double time, and apply the appropriate pay multiplier.
Accessing Pay Codes

Go to Time-Clock or Time-Sheet> Settings > Overtime Rules

Click Manage Pay Codes
Adding or Editing Pay Codes

Click Manage Pay-Codes to create a new one, or select an existing code to edit.

Set the following:

Pay Code Name (e.g., “PC1”, “OT”, or “Double Time”)

Multiplier (the pay rate applied to those hours — e.g., 1.5x or 2x)

Click Save

You can assign pay codes to multiple Overtime Rules.

Deleting a pay code that’s already in use may affect your reports, we recommend renaming instead of deleting.

Each pay code’s multiplier is used in reporting exports and can be referenced by payroll systems.
