Run Reports on Inactivated Users 🔍
We’re excited to introduce a new enhancement that gives Admins more control over their reporting data. You can now generate reports specifically for Inactivated Users on selected report types, making it easier to review past employee information when needed.
What’s New:
Admins can now choose to view either Active or Inactive Users in the following reports:
- Time-Off Details Report
- Time-Off Totals Report
A new Active/Inactive dropdown filter has been added to each of these reports, allowing you to select which group of users you want to include in your report.
Access Control:
To ensure privacy and data consistency, this option is available only to Admins. Other roles will continue to view results for active users only.
Why this matters:
This enhancement gives you more flexibility to review data related to past employees without reactivating user profiles or affecting current staff reports.
