Promote Employee to Manager role

Update user role from employee to manager under Staff module

Log in as an admin:

  • Navigate to the Staff module and open the Staff Directory.
  • Locate and select the relevant user profile.
  • Go to the Account tab and click the edit (pencil) icon.
  • In the role dropdown menu, change the user’s role from Employee to Manager.
  • Save your changes to apply the new permissions and access rights for the Manager role.
