Approving, Rejecting, Archiving, or Deleting Timecards

As an Admin or Manager, you can easily manage employee timecards directly from the Time-Clock module.

To approve or manage a timecard:

  1. Go to Time-Clock Module → Timecards from the left navigation panel.
  2. Select a timecard category from the filters or click directly on the timecard period.
  3. This will open the Timecard Details view.
  4. From here, you can:
    • Approve the timecard
    • Reject the timecard
    • Archive the timecard
    • Delete the timecard

✅ Once approved, you can also Unapprove a timecard if needed.
