Approving, Rejecting, Archiving, or Deleting Timecards
As an Admin or Manager, you can easily manage employee timecards directly from the Time-Clock module.
To approve or manage a timecard:
- Go to Time-Clock Module → Timecards from the left navigation panel.
- Select a timecard category from the filters or click directly on the timecard period.
- This will open the Timecard Details view.
- From here, you can:

- Approve the timecard
- Reject the timecard
- Archive the timecard
- Delete the timecard
✅ Once approved, you can also Unapprove a timecard if needed.
