Schedule Templates
Yes, you can create multiple schedule templates and apply them to different groups of employees. This makes it easy to manage recurring schedules without needing to create them from scratch each time.
How to Create a Schedule Template:
- Log in as an Administrator.
- Go to the Time-Clock Module.
- Select Schedule Templates from the left navigation pane.
- Click Create Schedule Template.
- Name the template and click Save.
- Build your schedule:

Click, drag, and drop to set hours.

Drag the bottom of an entry to adjust the end time.

Click any entry to edit or delete it in the Event Editor. (Deleting requires confirmation and cannot be undone.)

Applying the Schedule Template:
Once your template is created, click the green Apply to Users icon next to the schedule to assign it to one or multiple users.
💡 Tip: Use different templates for departments, shifts, or seasonal schedules to make applying schedules faster and more consistent.
