Viewing an Overview of Hours Worked (Team Calendar)
Learn how to view and filter your team’s worked hours using the Time-Sheet Team Calendar in PurelyHR, with export and print options.
In the Time-Sheet module, you can use the Team Calendar to see an overview of the hours your users have worked.
To access the Team Calendar:
- Go to the Time-Sheet module.
- In the left-hand navigation pane, select Team Calendar.
Team Calendar Features
You can adjust the view and filter results in several ways:
- Change timesheet week to view different date ranges.
- Turn colors on/off for a simplified display.
- Hide/unhide zeros to remove empty values.
- View by Week, 2 Weeks, or Month.
- Filter by Employee Name or ID, Department, and/or Office.
Exporting & Printing
- Export the calendar to CSV or PDF.
- Print directly for physical records.
