How to Manage Time-Clock Notifications

Administrators can easily manage all Time-Clock notification settings via Account Settings.

Follow these steps:

  1. Log in as an Admin.
  2. Navigate to the Time-Clock Module.
  3. Click Account Settings in the left navigation pane.
  4. Select the Notifications tab.
  5. Review and update your settings.

Available Notifications:

  • Missing In Action: Notify managers or employees if someone misses a scheduled shift (requires schedules).
  • Late Punch In / Early Punch Out: Notify managers when employees punch in late or out early (requires schedules).
  • Notification Tolerance: Set the number of minutes before a notification is sent (grace period takes precedence).
  • Outstanding Punches Edited: Notify managers when employees modify their punch out times.
  • Timecards Submitted for Approval: Notify managers when employees submit timecards.
  • Overdue Timecard Reminder: Notify employees when timecards are approaching or past the due date (set days prior/after).
