Time-Off Details Report Overview

The Time-Off Details report provides a comprehensive overview of all time-off requests within a specific date range.

This report includes requests that have been approved, are still pending, or have been cancelled. It’s a great way to track and manage employee time-off requests efficiently.

Expandable View: You can now expand the report to see more detailed information for each time-off request.
Faster Performance: The report has been refactored, resulting in faster loading times and quicker data retrieval.

Using the Filters

You can customize your report by applying the following filters:

  • Users: View time-off requests for specific employees.
  • Time-Off Types: Filter by specific time-off categories (e.g., vacation, sick leave, etc.).
  • Date Range: Select a specific period to view time-off requests within that timeframe.

You can also choose how the report displays names:

  • Name Display: Choose between viewing names as [Last name], [First name] or [First name] [Last name].

Grouping Options

To make the data easier to analyze, you can use the "Group By" filter to organize the time-off requests by:

  • Dates: Group requests by dates.
  • Time-Off Types: Organize requests by different time-off categories.
  • Users: View requests grouped by individual users.
  • Departments: Group requests according to department.
  • Week: Display requests organized by the week they fall into.
  • Multi-Day Requests: Group requests that span multiple days together.

Date Type Options

When generating the report, you can specify the type of date to be displayed:

  • Time-Off Date: The actual date of the time-off request.
  • Status Change: The date when the status of the request (approved, pending, or declined) was last changed.
