Time-Sheet Module: Email Notifications for Managers and Employees

In the Time-Sheet module, you can choose whether managers and employees receive certain email notifications.

To manage notification settings:

  1. Go to the Time-Sheet module.
  2. Select Account Settings from the left-hand menu.
  3. Click the Notifications tab.
  4. Enable or disable the following options:

 

Submitted for Approval

  • Who gets it: Managers
  • What it does: Sends an email to managers when their direct employees submit timesheets for approval.


Overdue Timesheet Reminder

  • Who gets it: Employees
  • What it does: Sends a reminder email to employees to submit their timesheets for approval.
  • Send timing options:
    • Two days before the due date
    • The previous day
    • The same day
    • The next day
    • Two days after the due date
