Time-Sheet Module: Email Notifications for Managers and Employees
In the Time-Sheet module, you can choose whether managers and employees receive certain email notifications.
To manage notification settings:
- Go to the Time-Sheet module.
- Select Account Settings from the left-hand menu.
- Click the Notifications tab.
- Enable or disable the following options:
Submitted for Approval
- Who gets it: Managers
- What it does: Sends an email to managers when their direct employees submit timesheets for approval.
Overdue Timesheet Reminder
- Who gets it: Employees
- What it does: Sends a reminder email to employees to submit their timesheets for approval.
- Send timing options:
- Two days before the due date
- The previous day
- The same day
- The next day
- Two days after the due date
