Timecard Approval

Approval settings can be created for the whole account, individual departments or individual users.

Note: Department settings take precedence over account settings.  User settings take precedence over department settings.  

These settings apply to new AND existing timecards. 
 
Here's the to view and change these settings:
  1. Time-Clock Module
  2. Timecard Approval on the left navigation pane
  3. Edit settings at an Account, Department and User level
  • Make sure your employees have enough managers to reach the specified quotas when using the Any Manager and X out of Y approval methods.  Otherwise, an admin must approve the timecards.
