Timesheet Format

What Timesheet formats are available to me? 

Format settings can be created for the whole account, individual departments, or individual users.
  1. Time-Sheet module
  2. TimeSheet Format
  3. Account, Department or User
  4. Edit Account Settings, Create Department Settings or Create Users Settings. 
Department settings take precedence over account settings. User settings take precedence over department settings and account settings.

Here are the options you can choose from. 

Simple

The simple timesheet format is the most basic format you can have. Each day has a textbox where users input the number of hours worked on that day.

Detailed with or without lunch

The detailed without lunch format tracks the Time-In and Time-Out of each staff during the period.  
Hours worked each day are calculated using the In and Out values.
The detailed  with lunch format tracks the Time In and Out but also the time the Lunch Started and Ended. 

Advance

The advance format tracks Time Entry based on Client, Project, Task, and Modules.
