Available Timesheet Formats

In the Time-Sheet module, you can set your preferred timesheet format at the account, department, or user level.

To set or edit the format:

  1. Go to the Time-Sheet module.
  2. Select TimeSheet Format.
  3. Choose Account, Department, or User settings.
  4. Click Edit Account Settings, Create Department Settings, or Create User Settings as needed.

Priority order:

  • User settings override department and account settings.
  • Department settings override account settings.
  • Account settings apply to everyone unless overridden.

Timesheet Format Options

Simple

  • The most basic format — each day has a single text box where users enter the total hours worked.

Detailed (Without Lunch)

  • Tracks Time In and Time Out for each day. Hours are calculated from these values.

Detailed (With Lunch)

  • Tracks Time In, Time Out, plus Lunch Start and Lunch End times. Hours worked are calculated accordingly.

Advanced

  • Tracks time entries based on Client, Project, Task, and Modules for detailed work tracking and reporting.
