Track Breaks and Lunch
Employees can easily record their Breaks and Lunch during the workday. These options can be customized in the Time-Clock module.
Enable Breaks
- Navigate to Time-Clock Module → Account Settings → Break & Lunch.
- Enable Break.
- If you want to deduct break time from employees’ paid totals, toggle Deduct Break Time.
- Customize the break button text.
- Choose the Prompt option to allow employees to add a description when punching out, or Require to make it mandatory.
Enable Lunch
- Navigate to Time-Clock Module → Account Settings → Break & Lunch.
- Enable Lunch.
- If you want to deduct lunch time from employees’ paid totals, toggle Deduct Lunch Time.
- Customize the lunch button text.
- Choose Prompt for optional descriptions or Require for mandatory descriptions when punching out.
