Performance review templates support multiple question types to capture feedback effectively. Each question type serves a different purpose and can be customized to fit your organization’s review process.
Available Question Types
1. Text
- A text box field for open-ended responses.
- Character limit: 4,000.
2. Dropdown
- A dropdown menu with customizable answers.
- Up to 10 possible answers.
- Character limit per answer: 250.
3. Radio Group
- Multiple-choice question with customizable answers.
- Employees can select only one answer.
- Character limit per answer: 250.
4. Checkboxes
- Multiple-choice question with customizable answers.
- Employees can select more than one answer.
- Character limit per answer: 250.
5. Rating
- A 1- to 5-star rating scale for quick evaluations.
6. Comment
- A text box linked to a previous question for additional context.
- Example: After a rating question, add “Explain your rating.”
- Character limit: 4,000.
7. File Upload
- Allows employees to upload files in the following formats:
- doc, txt, xls, ppt, pdf.
8. Yes/No
- A dropdown menu with Yes and No options.
