Unable to Log In to PurelyHR

Here are the most common reasons you may not be able to access your PurelyHR account.

Forgot Your Username or Password?

  • If you've logged in before and forgot your username or password, simply click "Forgot USERNAME or PASSWORD" on the login page and follow these steps:


Password Reset Steps

  1. Click the Password Reset link.
  2. Enter your email address and select Retrieve
    (Note: The email must match the one on your profile)
  3. Check your email and click "Reset Password

  4. Create a new password that must meet these requirements: 

    • More than 8 characters long

    • Less than 64 characters long

    • No more than three repeating characters

    • At least one number

    •  at least one lowercase letter

    • at least one uppercase letter

  5. Select Submit.

  6. Enter your CompanyIDusername and the new password you just created.
    (Your CompanyID and username can be found in the Password Reset email.)

  7. Select Sign In.


Using A Welcome Email Older Than 30 Days

  • The “Get Started” link in the Welcome Email expires after 30 days.
  • If it’s expired, contact your account administrator or send an email to 
    support@purelyhr.com to request a new Welcome email. 

Never Logged In Before?

  • If you’ve never logged in, you’ll need a Welcome Email.
  • Reach out to your account administrator or email support@purelyhr.com to request one.

Once your organization is ready to start using PurelyHR, you will receive a Welcome email. Here's how to action the Welcome email.
