Keeping track of company holidays and special events is essential for accurate scheduling and time-off management. PurelyHR makes it easy to view these dates in just a few clicks.
Viewing Paid Holidays
To see the holidays your company observes:
- Go to the Staff Module.
- In the left navigation pane, select Paid Holidays.
- Click View Holidays.
Viewing Special Event Dates
To check special events:
- Go to the Time-Off Module.
- In the left navigation pane, select Special Event Dates.
- Click View Special Event Dates.
How Holidays and Events Appear on Your Calendar
- Paid Holidays and Special Events are displayed on your calendar with icons for easy identification.
- All Paid Holidays are represented by a palm tree icon so you can spot them quickly.
