How to View Paid Holidays and Special Event Dates in PurelyHR

Keeping track of company holidays and special events is essential for accurate scheduling and time-off management. PurelyHR makes it easy to view these dates in just a few clicks.


Viewing Paid Holidays

To see the holidays your company observes:

  1. Go to the Staff Module.
  2. In the left navigation pane, select Paid Holidays.
  3. Click View Holidays.

Viewing Special Event Dates

To check special events:

  1. Go to the Time-Off Module.
  2. In the left navigation pane, select Special Event Dates.
  3. Click View Special Event Dates.

How Holidays and Events Appear on Your Calendar

  • Paid Holidays and Special Events are displayed on your calendar with icons for easy identification.
  • All Paid Holidays are represented by a palm tree icon so you can spot them quickly.
