Account administrators and managers can assign qualifications. Employees can also assign qualifications to themselves if the account option is enabled by the account administrator.
The employee will receive an email when qualifications are assigned to them.
To view qualifications assigned to you
- Go to the Staff module
- From your employee profile, click on the Qualifications tab
- To view details and training resources (if applicable), click the edit icon
You can change the status, dates, add notes, and access training resources and documentation (if provided). Click Save.
To assign a qualification
(Note: this is an account option enabled by your account administrator so may not be available):
From the Qualification tab in your employee profile, click Assign and choose the type of qualification you want to assign (training, certification, license, accreditation).
- Choose the qualification from the dropdown (mandatory)
- Select a status (mandatory)
- Fill in optional fields: start date, due date, and notes
- Click Assign
The qualification will now appear in your employee profile.
