When creating a warning for my Employee, the correct Warning Action is not showing, where can I add one in?
Warning Actions can easily be added in within the Warnings module
To view Warning Actions currently enabled, log into your Administrator account and follow these steps:
- Warnings Module
- Warning Actions
- The default list of Violations will show. From this screen, you can Disable/Enable violation types, edit name and description, or delete violation type
To create new Warning Actions, log in to your Administrator account and follow these steps:
- Warnings Module
- Warning Actions
- Create Action
- Input Warning Action name and an optional description **
** NOTE : When a description is added to the WARNING ACTION it will also appear on the WARNING when issued.
Disable or Delete any Warning Actions not applicable to your organization
