Access and Complete the Setup Checklist for Warnings

The Setup Checklist helps ensure your Warnings module is fully configured before rolling it out to employees.

Where to Find the Checklist
You can find the Setup Checklist in the Warnings module, located at the top of the left navigation pane.
 

Note: If you've previously selected "Permanently Hide the Checklist" after completing all items, it will no longer be visible in your account.

What’s Included in the Checklist
  1. Review Account Settings
    Update general account settings that apply to all users.
  2. Create Violation Types
    Define the types of violations that can be recorded within your organization.
    Example: Tardiness, Misconduct, Policy Breach
  3. Create Warning Actions
    Set the possible actions that can be taken when a warning is issued.
    Example: Verbal Warning, Written Notice, Suspension

Final Step: Roll Out to Employees

Once all checklist items are complete, click Roll Out To Employees to activate access and start using the Warnings feature.
